Admission Policy

 

In consonance with the “Education for All” policy of the Department of Education, Labogon National High School promulgates the following guidelines for enrollment.

Requirements:

Incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and Transferees

·         Enrollment Form

·         Report Card

·         Certificate of Good Moral Character

·         Original and Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate

·         2 pieces 2x2 Picture with White Background

·         Place all documents in a long folder

Old Students

·         Enrollment Form

·         Report Card

Note: Temporary enrollment is allowed under the discretion of the School Admission Committee.
